The Company was notified that on 15 May 2009 Hearth Investments Ltd ("Hearth"), an entity of which Tim Revill, a Director of the Company, is a potential beneficiary, had transferred 7,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from JIM Nominees into its own name. Following this transfer, Hearth is interested in 7,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.8 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
