The Company was today notified by Tim Revill, Alan Kentish and Colin Porter, directors of the Company, of the following market purchases of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) by them on 9 September 2009:

** Clifton Participations Inc, an entity of which Alan Kentish is a potential beneficiary, is interested in 2,850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.6 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
