STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the cross border financial services provider, is pleased to announce that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 24 May 2017 at 18 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.
